Module 3: Emotional Wellbeing and its Causes – Growing Resilience
This is the third and final module in the Wellbeing and Its Causes course. So far the course has focused on the foundational elements to sound emotional health and well-being. This was followed by identifying habits of unhelpful thinking and ways of addressing them so as to be kinder and more compassionate to self. The course concludes with a focus on the importance of developing ways of thinking and attitudes that enable us to grow our wellbeing so that we develop greater resilience in those times when we cycle from the peaks to the troughs of daily experience. The module will take a brief look at the offerings provided by ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Training) and Positive Psychology.
