The session examines the characteristics that make feedback effective in facilitating guidance and growth. It provides tips for more effective provision of feedback along with tips on framing the receipt of feedback with growth and professional development in mind. It introduces the concepts of growth mindset and life long learning and contrasts useful feedback with feedback that is unproductive and/or destructive.
