This program approaches resilience from a cognitive-behavioural theory and positive psychology perspective.  Along the way we will get to know and appreciate how amazing our brains really are and what the foundation blocks to good emotional self-care look like. The session covers a range of simple activities that, with practice, can make us more resilient and less stressed.

• familiarisation of stress related concepts in neuropsychology.
•discussion of unhelpful thought patterns as identified by CBT approaches
• discussion and application of mindfulness based approaches to self care
• increased awareness of foundational factors of positive mental health
