The University of Melbourne, Department of Medical Education, are happy to announce their new workshops series, Clinical Research in Rural Settings, will be starting Friday 30 August 2019. The monthly series offers an introductory training and collaboration opportunity for rural clinicians and health professionals, of any discipline, seeking to develop their research skills.

The workshops will:

  • feature experienced researchers from The University of Melbourne’s Master of Clinical Research program alongside local researchers working in the rural context;
  • develop your understanding and practice of key research concepts and skills;
  • provide flexibility to attend one or more dates;
  • offer a pathway to study a University of Melbourne award course in Clinical Research by offering credit for the full series with additional assessment.
