Regional Information

So, you’ve been allocated your clinical placement and it’s in a town you know nothing about? – Don’t panic!!

We are locals who are proud to live in these area’s which offer so much to those who are keen to step outside of the hospital walls.  Let us show you around our towns, give you some insight into what to expect, where to find the best coffee in town (YES you can get good coffee outside of metro area’s!!), what you should experience while you’re here and all the other good bits of local knowledge to share with you.

We’ll also share with you some information about the different health services.  Some have also asked for us to include their student orientation handbooks so you can get yourself acquainted before you arrive.
