Going Rural Health Photo Competition Terms and Conditions:

1. The photo must be submitted within the competition time period. The submission form will only be active during this time period.
2. Photos must be original photos taken during a student regional/rural placement in 2023.
3. All people in the photo must complete a photo consent form (download the form HERE), or their entry will be invalid. This completed form can be attached to the entry form, below. If you have more than 3 forms to attach, please email excess forms to going-ruralhealth@unimelb.edu.au
4. The decision as to the winning photo will be made by Going Rural Health staff, and all decisions are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
5. The winning entrant must be able to be contacted by the Going Rural Health team within 2 weeks of the winner being announced. If not, the prize will go to the second place entry.
6. All entrants must consent to their photo being used by Going Rural Health in online and print publications, for general display, and for other purposes.
